pelen is an AI-enabled platform designed to facilitate intent-based sourcing, RFQs, vendor discovery, quote evaluation, negotiation support, and related procurement workflows.

pelen does not manufacture goods, perform services, or act as a broker, agent, or party to any transaction between buyers and vendors.

All commercial agreements, pricing, delivery, and performance obligations are solely between users.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes
• Upload or transmit malicious code or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Misrepresent your identity, company, or authority
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services without permission
• Use pelen to violate intellectual property or confidentiality rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. User Content & Data

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you submit ("User Content").

4.2 License to pelen

By using the Services, you grant pelen a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, store, and display User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

4.3 Responsibility

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not violate any law or agreement.

5. AI-Generated Outputs

pelen uses automated and AI-assisted systems to generate insights, recommendations, and analyses.

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are informational and advisory only
• Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or context-dependent
• Final business decisions remain your responsibility

pelen makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, savings, pricing, or vendor performance.

Certain features may require paid subscriptions or usage-based fees.

• Fees are disclosed prior to purchase
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may modify pricing with reasonable notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, designs, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding User Content) are owned by pelen or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

The Services may integrate with third-party tools or links. pelen is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately.
